not good , face positioning not done well , not enough hair around and dull eyes with no impact (which can even be made with a simple pencil drawing) , looks more like a man/lion . you need to improve your point of view when drawing and imagine in more detail , although i can happily say that i realy like how the hair turned out to be , although it does need more tone.

I guess perverted art is the only thing that really gets around in NG, seeing that the majority of NG's population is male. And yeah the hands... they are pretty hard to draw >,<
